If I can give more than 5 stars, I will. Todd is an honest and fair guy. I took my vehicle to Thomas Tire and Automotive to fix the problem I’m having. I specifically told them to make sure to drive it because it makes noise and it jerks sometimes. After I paid over 5K for the job they did, well the problem is still existing. I took it back and they did miss checking the transmission. Thank God, they refer me to take it to Gary Transmission. My vehicle is in great condition now. I got a new GM transmission installed. It drives great! If you ever need a job done to your vehicle, I highly recommend seeing Todd. Don’t go to Thomas Tire, unless you want to get charged an exuberant amount of money. I didn’t know any better but the previous work they did to my vehicle was a very unreasonable high price. I will always take my vehicle to Gary Transmission place. Great customer service!!!

When I walked in to drop off my F250, I was greeted by a customer who had just paid his bill and was leaving and get this, he was smiling, after mechanical repairs to his truck. He made it a point to tell me how he was so delighted to receive the best customer service and professionalism he has seen in many years. After my experience, I completely agree with him. Trustworthiness along with professionalism and great service in auto repair business today is hard to find but you will find that here. I left smiling and assured and that is very rare for me.
